All products supplied by Proven Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific investigation purposes.
Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary applications, medical treatment, or diagnostic procedures.
By placing an order with Proven Peptides, customers acknowledge and accept these restrictions.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation.
Where required by law, Proven Peptides will provide remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies as required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Customers may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund where:
• An incorrect product was supplied
• A product arrives damaged during transit
• A shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
• A product is defective due to a manufacturing or packaging issue
• Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy
Each claim is reviewed individually and may require supporting evidence.
3. Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Proven Peptides within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with assessment, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and any visible damage
Failure to provide notice within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate and process the claim.
If the claim is approved, Proven Peptides may offer a replacement product, store credit, or refund.
4. Incorrect Products
If a customer receives an item different from that ordered, they must contact Proven Peptides within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Lost Shipments
If a parcel appears lost, contact Proven Peptides within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Where a customer has selected Authority to Leave, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.
7. Signature on Delivery
Where Signature on Delivery has been selected, delivery records may be used to verify receipt.
8. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the specialised nature of laboratory research materials, Proven Peptides generally does not accept change-of-mind returns.
9. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, quality-control, and integrity reasons, opened products, used products, products with damaged seals, incorrectly stored products, modified products, and products returned without prior approval are generally not eligible for return.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter fulfilment or shipping processing.
11. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
12. Store Credit
Store credit may expire after 12 months from issue unless otherwise required under Australian law.
13. Fraudulent Claims
Proven Peptides reserves the right to decline claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by evidence.
14. Processing Time
Return, refund, and replacement claims are typically reviewed within 5 business days.
