Research Use Only Notice
All products supplied by Proven Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific investigation purposes.
Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary applications, medical treatment, or diagnostic procedures.
By placing an order with Proven Peptides, customers acknowledge and accept these restrictions.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation.
Where required by law, Proven Peptides will provide remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies as required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Customers may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund where:
- An incorrect product was supplied
- A product arrives damaged during transit
- A shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
- A product is defective due to a manufacturing or packaging issue
- Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy
Each claim is reviewed individually and may require supporting evidence.
3. Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Proven Peptides within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with assessment, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage
Failure to provide notice within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate and process the claim.
