7.3 Lost or Missing Parcels: Resolution depends on tracking status and selected delivery option.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Store Credit
Store credit may be issued and expires after 12 months unless otherwise required by law.
